As an Admin, you have the ability to allow your users to add a Note or raise an Issue while answering an Op Question.

In order to activate this new feature:

  • On the WebApp, navigate to the Op of your choice

  • Open the Op Builder

  • Click on the Settings tab

  • Within the Options section, enable the Allow notes and issues to be added to any question? setting

  • The Notes function is especially useful if, for example, you need your users to upload an image as they complete the Operation to show compliance

  • The Issues function is instead really helpful when completing Audits or Daily Walk Around Checks, the user can raise ad-hoc Issues while performing the checks


Be aware that if a question in your Op has an Issue Form Flow active, only the Notes icon would be visible for that Question
