Op Workflows 🔄

Now, within the OpsBase Web app, Admins have the ability to set-up Workflows for Ops, dependent on customizable criteria.

For example:

  • When a scored Op fails, send an email to all Senior Managers, raise an Issue, and trigger another Op.

  • When an Op is late, notify anyone who can perform the Op.

Asset Workflows 🔄

As an Admin you also have the ability to set-up Workflows for Assets, dependent on customisable criteria.

For example:

  • When an Asset temperature is below 0° for longer than 30 minutes (trigger) , notify the Maintenance Team (action).

Places Hierarchy 🏠

Places can now be organised as a Structural Chart so you can create a Places Hierarchy that reflects the way your company is organised.

This function is especially useful for large Companies with locations across multiple Regions and Countries.

Place Tags 🏷️

Tags are words which can be associated to one or more places in your Places Hierarchy. These are especially useful when your Company has a complex structure as they help you to make sure your hierarchy is clear and easy to understand.

Creating tags is also helpful when it comes to assigning Ops to specific Places.

Thanks to the tagging functionality you can in fact automatically assign an Op to all the Places associated with a particular Tag/s rather than having to individually select them.

Editing Issues within Native 🆘

If you are the creator or owner of an Issue, you will now have more freedom to amend the Issue directly from the Native app.

These abilities include:

  • the title

  • the Type

  • the Flag ( or priority)

  • the Deadline for the Issue to be resolved

Op and Issue Filters and Sorting ↕️

From the Ops or Issues filters screen in Native, users now have the ability to narrow down the content they see.

These filters are:

  • Type

  • Places

  • Status

  • Teams

For Issues, users also now have the ability to change the order of the content.

Left Hand Navigation ⬅️

When logging into the OpsBase web app, you may notice that we have improved the pages to make moving around the system more clear.

Native UI 📱

Mobile users will have a much more enjoyable experience moving through the Native app.

  • Redesigned Ops, Issues and Alerts landing and details pages

  • New positive and negative selectors for Number questions

  • Save as Draft, Submit and Op Progress percentage at top right corner

  • New icons in the lower navigation

On Demand Ops ✔️

When starting an op on demand, Staff can now edit the title of the Op (for traceability), as well as select the Place they would like the Op to be associated with.

System Performance ⏩

Both the Native and Web apps have been significantly optimised to improve speed across all list views and actions.


- Fixes -

Lastly, the following bugs, experienced by some customers, have been squashed 🐛

  • When completing an Op with Unlimited Repetition questions, the system no longer add additional blank items when saved as a draft.

  • When emojis are used in the Native app, they will now appear as desired! 🎉

  • You again have the ability to export to PDF and CSV when filtering by a single Op.

  • We have also brought back the ability to filter your Reporting by multiple Ops at a time.

  • Profile notifications can once again be changed in the Web app.

  • And many more!
