As an Admin you have the ability to set-up Workflows for Assets, dependent on customisable criteria.

But let's take a step back here, what are actually Workflows?

A Workflow is a sequence of tasks that processes a set of data.

In OpsBase in order to create an Op Workflow you will need to:

  • Set up your trigger Conditions

  • Set up your consequent Actions

For example:

  • When an Asset temperature is below 0° for longer than 30 minutes (trigger) , notify the Maintenance Team (action)

  • When an Asset temperature is above 10° for longer than 30 minutes (trigger), send an sms to +44 7123 456789 (action)
