Notifications are a great way for you to be aware of Ops that are ready to be completed, as well as any Issues that may be assigned to you.

Notification Types 📣

  • Email Notifications - best for non-urgent matters

  • Device (push) Notifications - received when the app is closed

  • In-App Notifications - received when in the OpsBase app

  • Alerts - appears in the Alerts list in the OpsBase app, most recent at the top


Turn Notifications On/Off 📱

In the Native app, select the last icon on the bottom navigation -

Then select Preferences.

At the top of the Preferences page you can toggle your mobile (push) notifications and email notifications on and off.


What triggers a notification you ask? 📱

Ops ✔️

It is important to keep in mind that most of these notifications are dependant on if your Admin has enabled them.

  • When they are due - received by Performers/Supervisors

  • When they are late - received by Performers/Supervisors

  • When they are missed (over due by 1+ day) - received by Supervisors

  • When they are completed - received by Supervisors

  • When scored Ops fail - received by Supervisors

Issues 🆘

Notifications are received by the Team, Position, or Staff they are assigned to.

  • When they are created

  • When they are commented on

  • When they are re-assigned

  • When the status changes

  • When the deadline passes

Blasts 📣

Notifications are received by the Team, Position, or Staff they are sent to.

  • When a new blast is posted
