Issues can be raised to the Issues Log upon submission of an Op in the Native App.

When completing an Op, an Issue can be raised based on a particular answer the completer selects. ✅

First, we need to configure these in the Web App.

Now, when that Op from the video is completed by a Staff member, if they select the answer 'Report Issue':

  • The completer will be asked to add comments and/or photos about the Issue

  • Upon Op submission, that Issue will appear in the Issues Log

  • The Staff/Team/Position that have been assigned as the Maintenance Issue supervisor will be assigned as Owner and Assignee and will be notified
