Another way that Issues can be raised to the Issues Log is by the completion of an Op in the Native App.

When completing an Op, an Issue can be raised based on a particular answer the completor selects.

First, we need to configure these in the Web App.

Now, when that Op is completed by a Staff member, if they select the answer 'Report Issue':

  • They will be asked to add comments about the Issue
  • Upon Op submission, that Issue will appear in the Issues Log
  • The Staff/Team/Position that have been assigned as the Maintenance Issue supervisor will be assigned as Owner and Assignee and will be notified
