Issues can be raised by the completion of an Op in the Native App. You can build your Op to allow your users to:
Raising Issues Ad-hoc at any point when completing your Op
Raising Issues is directly linked with how your Issues Setup, Flags and Types are configured; make sure to review our Op and Issues Settings article.
Raise an Issue from Form Flow question
To allow your team to raise Issues from an Op, we need to configure the form flow in the Web App:
Navigate to the Op Builder
Select or Add the question of your choice
On the Details panel, activate the Issue button next to the response of your choice
Once selected, your Issue's follow up question will be added to the Op. You have the option to predetermine the Issue configuration in the Details Tab:
Issue Flag (priority)
Deadline to be completed by
You can also allow your Staff to override these values when filling in the Issue information.
Similar to Ad-hoc Issues, when an Issue is raised following this process said Issue will appear in the Issues Log as expected, and users will be assigned and notified following any rules established on the Issues' Business Rules.

Raising Issues Ad-hoc
For those unexpected incidents when your Staff needs to raise Issues, you can activate the option to allow Notes and Issues to be added to any question.
You can find this option in the Op's Settings tab.
The completer will then be able to define the Issue's Title, Type, Flag (priority), etc.
