When a member of staff has their access rights upgraded and becomes an Administrator of the OpsBase web app, they will need to follow the steps below to access the platform:

  1. The user will receive the invitation email to the registered email address (be sure to check Spam/Junk folders)

  2. Navigate to access www.opsbase.com from a desktop/laptop computer (i.e. NOT a mobile device or tablet)

  3. Enter the same email address used to register your user into OpsBase

  4. The user will then receive a 4 digit code on their email account

  5. Enter the 4 digit code on the OpsBase login page

  6. After confirming, you'll then be logged into the web app with Admin rights
