When you invite a member of staff to become an Administrator of the OpsBase Web App, they will need to follow the steps below to access the platform:
These steps should be carried out on a desktop or laptop computer with the Chrome web browser
Once invited to the system as Primary or Place Admin, the user will receive an invite email (to the registered email address)
The email will have a pass key (4 digits code) to be entered onto the OpsBase website.
Upon confirming, the user will then be able to enter the web app with Admin rights. ✨
If the user is ever logged off the platform, they will just have to enter the email address they signed up with, and initiate the same process.
