When you invite a member of staff to become an Administrator of the OpsBase Web App, it is important that they follow the steps below...

IMPORTANT - these steps should be carried out on a desktop or laptop computer with the Chrome web browser:

  • The user will receive an invite email (to the registered email address)

  • Click the link in that email from a desktop/laptop PC/Mac
    (i.e. NOT a mobile/iPad/tablet).

  • At that point you'll be prompted to enter a password
    (which needs to be 8+ characters including CAPS, lowercase and numbers)

  • After confirming, you'll then be logged into the web app with Admin rights.
