When you invite a member of staff to become an Administrator of the OpsBase Web App, they will need to follow the steps below to access the platform:


These steps should be carried out on a desktop or laptop computer with the Chrome web browser

  • Once invited to the system as Primary or Place Admin, the user will receive an invite email (to the registered email address)

  • The email will have a pass key (4 digits code) to be entered onto the OpsBase website.

  • Upon confirming, the user will then be able to enter the web app with Admin rights. ✨

If the user is ever logged off the platform, they will just have to enter the email address they signed up with, and initiate the same process.
